I am excited to announce that I will be giving a professional presentation on July 24th at Yancey Management’s office in Charlotte, NC. I will be presenting to a group of local business owners and professionals who share the building with Yancey Management, which gives me a great opportunity to introduce Anthony Mendez Analytics to an audience of real potential clients. The presentation will cover what marketing analytics is, why it matters for small businesses, and how my services can help business owners finally understand what their marketing data is telling them. I plan to walk through real examples of common problems like broken tracking, unattributed ad spend, and unclear reporting, and show how Anthony Mendez Analytics solves those problems at a fraction of what agencies charge. I am looking forward to connecting with the group and having some real conversations about how data can help their businesses grow.
Professional Presentation Reflection
On July 24th, I had the opportunity to present Anthony Mendez Analytics to a group of local business owners and professionals at Yancey Management’s office in Charlotte, NC. It was my first time presenting my business concept to a real audience of potential clients and it was an experience I will not forget.Overall the presentation went well. The group was engaged and receptive, and I received positive feedback from Emily Godwin and her team at Yancey Management. It felt great to talk about something I am genuinely passionate about and to see people connect with the problems I described like broken tracking, unclear reporting, and not knowing which ads are actually working. That said, I walked away knowing there is room to grow. Public speaking is a skill and I recognized in the moment that I need to work on projecting more confidence when I am in front of a room. I know the material inside and out but translating that into a commanding, natural delivery takes practice. Going forward I plan to seek out more speaking opportunities so I can keep building that muscle. This assignment pushed me outside of my comfort zone in the best way. Getting in front of real potential clients made everything feel more real and gave me a clearer picture of what it actually takes to promote a business. I would absolutely do it again and I am already thinking about how to make the next one even better.
